The Thing About Oversized

I'm talking about oversized sweaters. They are now my winter go-to, closely behind my beloved cardigans of course.

{Sweater: Forever 21 (old), Jeans: ASOS Maternity, Beanie: Target (similar), Scarf: Gap, Booties: BCBG (old)}

I'm really happy that I already owned a bunch of oversized sweaters prior to getting pregnant, because now they are the perfect things for me to wear. They keep me warm and they have room for my growing baby bump.

Random Aside: I want to take a minute to talk about maternity tops vs. non-maternity tops. Both of which I've been wearing and loving for their own reasons. The one thing I noticed though is that my bump is more accentuated and defined when I wear maternity tops... just wanted to point this out so that you're not thinking why my bump changes sizes every time. It's not. It's all an illusion made possible by my clothes!

And now back to our regularly scheduled post. Have a wonderful weekend everyone. Only 2 more shopping weekends until Christmas!

I can't help but think it must be so much better to be pregnant in the winter than in summer. Layering up sounds SO much better than being super hot all the time! You look adorable :)

Super cute and glowing. I agree the maternity clothes emphasizes the bump more. When I was pregnant, i wear mostly non maternity tops and it work just fine. Wow 2 more weeks, i need to start working on my list.

OGM so so cute. You are rocking that over-sized sweater. I wore a ton of my non-maternity over-sized sweaters last year. They will be good the first couple of months after giving birth, too. I love over-sized sweaters in general and am wearing one today that I love, so take a peek. I must say your beanie & scarf are so pretty. Love the color combo on today's outfit.

Have a Great Week, Yi-Chia.
