Color Me Spring

I'm trying to tell the weather that it's Spring by dressing like it is... will it work?!

{Cardigan: Old Navy (old) (other colors), Dress: c/o Sway Chic, Boots: Tory Burch, Belt: H&M, Necklace: unknown (similar), Bracelets: David Yurman, Bauble Bar, t+j Designs}

The bright colors in this outfit make me happy. Plus, I get to whip out my Tory boots again now that there's no snow on the ground anymore. I know, that sounds weird. But I love my Tory boots so much that I didn't want to ruin them with snow and salt. When I invest in an item, I want to make sure it lasts for years to come. I think that makes sense, right? How do you take care of your investment pieces?
