Snow Day
I confess I'm not a huge fan of winter. Yes, I realize I live in New England and winter weather is a regular occurrence here. I just don't like the cold, but I do admit, there's something that I love about fresh, powdery, white snow.
I love watching the neighborhood kids play in the snow, build snowmen, and sled in their yards. There's something so youthful and refreshing about it all. Don't worry, it was short-lived. After about 10 minutes I couldn't wait to be back inside under my blanket. And don't even get me started about having to drive in snow! Does it snow where you are? Do you love the snow?

wow that's a lot of snow!!! i never get to see good fluffy snow unless we go on vacations to snowboard or something... texas gets snow sometimes, but it's usually very short lived and not very fluffy... it's more icy... :(

I moved to the south to get away from the snow. But pictures like this makes me miss the snow and the hassle of driving in it! And you are so brave to not wear a coat outside like that! I'm freezing just looking at the pics! Hope you warmed up quick!

Love your snow bunny outfit! I am also a New England resident that hates the cold (I blame my winter haterd on living 15 years of my life below the Mason-Dixon line). I do appreciate snow though. Since the nonprofit I work for is city funded and I'm "nonessential" I get to stay home if Boston has a snow emergency, so I'm hoping for at least one "snow day" this year.

I love snow!! I hate driving in it but I love the 'freshness' of it all. haha.. I also love watching the little kids play and slid down the neighborhood hill. Ah.. memories. Since I'm from Seattle it rains more than it snows and when it snows, it comes but then rain washes it away within a week. Boo... lol!

I like winter--and the kid in me loves snow. But as the person who must shovel it, one big snow a year is enough.
Our snowfall amounts vary. I don't think I had to shovel at all last winter (and I didn't get to go sledding either). But the previous winter we had toooo much, too often. People in DC freak out with a dusting, so I usually work late if it snows on a workday--so I can drive on empty streets.
PS--You should have been wearing a coat! :)

I want it to snow so bad here. We probably won't see it until February but love winter. So do acsnowcdance and send south.
This looks so fun here, but I am DREADING going back to snow this weekend! I think it's mostly because I'm clumsy and ice scares me. And I still haven't mastered enough tolerance to the cold to wear dresses in it. You, however, look adorable! Those mittens are amazing!

Wow, that's a lot of snow. We got a covering over Christmas which promptly melted. I hope we get at least some significant snow and can take our 2 yr old sledding. If I didn't have a kid, I'd rather it be snow free ;)

Dude, you guys got quite a bit of snow there! New England always looks so beautiful in the snow, I'm always jealous when I see photographs of it. I love the snow. Just love it, but it needs to stay on the trees, rooftops and just land to make things pretty. It needs to not be on the road causing people to drive like ding dongs. How can we make this happen? Luckily we've gotten light snow. Keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way!

I'm not a fan of snow either. When we got our first snow storm this year. it took me an hour to get home from work. When my work is 20 minutes for my house. also you are a brave girl going out in the snow with no coat on. I hope you got some hot chocolate to warm up with.

I am not a fan of the cold or snow either. Luckily I don't get too much of it where I live--there's NO way I could drive in it! Love this outfit especially the Hunters! Have fun in the snow :)

That's a ton of snow! Chicaho usually has horrible winters but its been super mild. People drive like morons regularly in the city but when it snows..oh my! Your boots look so squeaky clean. I ordered some of that hunter cleaner and can't wait to take of that murky film on mine

It does not snow here in SoCal. But I did grow up in upstate NY so I know all about snow. Kinda miss it during the holidays...that's about it.
