The little black dress. Every woman should have one, or two or five.
My husband and I go out on dates all the time. Any time it's me and my husband in public, I consider that a date. It takes a lot for us to get dressed and leave our couch, so when we do, it's a win. However, we don't get dressed up and go to fancy dinners that often. Mostly because we are more of the casual type. We consider a night of watching 3 hours of The Walking Dead and eating burrito bowls to be fun.
But of course, every woman loves to get wooed every once in awhile... am I right ladies? I feel like if I just got dressed up, my husband will have no other choice but to take me for a night out on the town. I hope you're reading this, husband, because it's happening when you least expect it!

I love the turquoise shoes with the all black dress and tights! The bf and I are the same way. I consider it a victory when he's not in sweat pants already by the time I get home from work, lol. Our "valenversary" (we started dating around Valentine's day) is coming up, so I'm hoping that'll be an excuse to dress up.

Oww Oww, look at you hot stuff! I love the lace sleeve detail, which makes this look like a going out on the town dress but pairing it with a jean jacket makes it more casual and easy going. You make style choices I could only dream of! Rob and I were all about the staying in thing but since our engagement, we've been all about date nights! Usually happy house specials though, so we go in work attire which is so high fashion, of course (NOT).

That's a nice LBD--and the shoes/necklace make the outfit pop. You're right, he'd have no other choice. But he probably doesn't mind.
My wife and I are the same. We can be running errands and my wife will say, "This is kind of like a date." When we were first married I went to school 4-5 nights a week. Our big date was the weekly grocery shopping on Friday or Saturday night. Anything (almost) can be fun when you're with the right person. :)

I love a lace black dress, the texture always feels just a little more interesting then the usual basic black dress. This looks so gorgeous, I love how you streamlined it with the dark tights and then broke it up with the bright teal color heels, it's really fun and playful.
