| It was a windy day... |
{Sweater: Forever 21, Blazer: ModCloth (similar, similar), Jeans: Forever 21 (old) (similar), Shoes: Nine West, Watch: Marc Jacobs, Necklace: JCrew Outlet, Bracelets: David Yurman}
Time for this week's Friday Love-It Notes!
1. Chalk board walls. This was our first completed DIY project. We made a chalkboard wall frame in our kitchen and now my husband and I just leave funny messages for each other on it. He even wrote a dinner list for the week... which included things like popcorn and popsicles.
2. Nice neighbors. During one of the recent rainstorms, one of our giant tree branches fell in our backyard. Of course we were too lazy to remove it right away. The other day we noticed that not only had our neighbor removed the branch, he chopped it up into firewood and neatly laid it out in our yard. I mean seriously, how sweet was that?
3. Finding money when doing laundry. My husband always forgets to empty his pockets before throwing clothes in the laundry. His mistake is my gain. I always find money in his pockets and of course, I keep it for myself. Coffee money for the week! What's his is mine anyway... and what's mine is mine. Welcome to marriage kids!
Have a fabulous weekend!

You wear the color well Yi-chia! Mustard is one of my favorite colors so I'm glad you're giving it another shot. I totally agree with #2 (glad no damage was done when the branch fell)...John and I have been walking Bally daily and we've met so many nice people just by walking her around. Our one neighbor also moves our trash can for us sometimes, it's nice gestures like that that remind me there are still so many kind people in the world.
